My goal with this blog is to share my stories about awakening and build a community of like-minded individuals. Today, I’m happy to announce that I’m beginning to lean into the latter.
First, I’ve set up an Etsy shop with spiritually-minded merchandise and my new eBook. The eBook, Navigating the In-Between: A Practical Guide to Staying Grounded After a Spiritual Awakening, is a book I wrote for the seasons that don’t get much language.
It’s for the moments after insight—when something in you has shifted, but life hasn’t suddenly become clearer or easier. When old identities stop fitting, spirituality goes quiet, and the pressure to become someone “better” starts to feel exhausting.
This book isn’t about awakening or fixing yourself. It’s about integration—learning how to stay present and grounded when certainty fades. Through ideas like being vs. becoming, keep swimming, and chop wood, carry water, I explore how awareness settles into ordinary life and why the middle spaces are often where the real work happens.
If you’re in a season where nothing feels resolved but something meaningful is still unfolding, this book is for you. As a blog reader, I’m offering 50% off the book with coupon code ETY50.
Second, I’ve started a mailing list, the Inner Circle. This is a quieter space than social media—a place for weekly reflections, integration prompts, and honest conversations about navigating life. I’ll share pieces of my own thinking that don’t always make it to the blog, along with grounding questions you can sit with throughout the week.
Over time, I’d also love for this to become a shared space. I’ll be featuring reflections, stories, and insights from other members of the Inner Circle (and maybe you, if it feels right). Not polished success stories—just real moments of noticing, confusion, growth, and integration.
Thanks for inhabiting this space with me.
